Country Director
Location: Uganda
School for Life Uganda is entering an exciting new chapter as we work to deliver our bold 5-Year Strategy and deepen our impact across the Katuuso and Mbazzi Riverside communities.
As a mission-driven organisation committed to educating poverty out of existence, we provide high-quality education, vocational training, and essential services to more than 3,000 students and their families.
To lead this next phase of growth, we are seeking a visionary Country Director — a strategic, commercially minded, and community-centred leader who will provide clear direction, operational excellence, and strong external representation for the organisation.
The Country Director will be responsible for driving organisational sustainability, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring alignment and delivery across our five strategic pillars: Quality Education, Community Empowerment, Sustainable Growth, Institutional Excellence, and Advocacy for Impact.

Child Protection Officer
Location: Uganda
School for Life Uganda is seeking a Child Protection Officer to support safe, inclusive learning environments across our schools and community programs.
Based within the Community & Welfare team, this role will lead safeguarding implementation across the organisation, strengthening systems, training staff and working closely with program teams to ensure children are protected and supported.
If you have experience in child protection, social work or community development, and are passionate about safeguarding the wellbeing of children, we encourage you to apply.
