As a mission-driven organisation committed to educating poverty out of existence, we provide high-quality education, vocational training, and essential services to more than 3,000 students and their families.
To lead this next phase of growth, we are seeking a visionary Country Director — a strategic, commercially minded, and community-centred leader who will provide clear direction, operational excellence, and strong external representation for the organisation.
The Country Director will be responsible for driving organisational sustainability, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring alignment and delivery across our five strategic pillars: Quality Education, Community Empowerment, Sustainable Growth, Institutional Excellence, and Advocacy for Impact.

Head of Education & Learning
Location: Uganda
We are seeking a Head of Education & Learning, Uganda — a strategic and hands-on leader who will provide clear direction and technical leadership across our education programs.
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and innovative education outcomes, aligned with our 5-Year Strategy and national education standards.
Working closely with School for Life Australia, the Head of Education & Learning will lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of our education model — bringing together teaching practice, teacher development, digital learning, and community engagement to create consistent and sustainable learning environments.
