Our second school is almost complete!

School for Life's second school at Mbazzi is almost ready for the 160 new nursery and primary school students we will enrol to start school in 2017. The school will officially open in June 2017, with secondary students starting in 2018 as they progress through from School for Life's primary school.

It's amazing to think the almost-finished school was an overgrown field only eight months ago. This week the second block is beginning to be painted before windows will be added and the block will be completed in early December. Block three has its columns up (see below) and by mid-December the roof will go on before the brick work can begin. 

School for Life's dedicated construction team have been working long hours to get the school ready for its new students. In the photo series below you can meet some of our construction team and see the progress they've been making...
