Why Uganda?

Because nearly half the country is under the age of 14.

Because too many children never get past primary school.

Because a lot of children are working on farms, when they should be learning to read.

We didn’t come with all the answers.

We came to listen.

To stand alongside local leaders.

To build something lasting.

We chose Uganda because the need was great.

But the potential was greater.

That’s why we’re here.
